Friday Favorites - 09062019

It’s the first Friday in September! It’s hard to believe we are 3/4 of the way through this year. Jinkies!

1. Rachel Zane Inspired Outfits

 

I’m not in the middle of season six of Suits and I am in love with Rachel’s style! I’ve been actively searching for a pencil skirt and button-down shirt combo that would look similar to hers and I snagged an outfit over the Labor Day weekend sales! I’ll share it with you when its delivered!

 

2. DIY Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte

 

After buying a Starbucks PSL each day since they launched it last week (oops!), I decided I would try to create my own at-home version with the new Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte Creamer. You guys, this is the best! The creamer is spot on with flavor.

If you haven’t tried it yet, you should go pick up a bottle! After some tweaking on the amount to put in my coffee, my version is just as good as when I buy it from Starbucks.

 

3. Fresh Flowers

 

My in-laws sent beautiful flowers to me over the weekend! They are just as bright and lively today as they were when they were delivered. I’m so thankful God put them in my life.

4. Blog Anniversary

 

To be fair, it’s only my two-month blog anniversary on Monday – however, I’m always telling you to celebrate the small victories! I only wish I would have started sooner. I really enjoy blogging and connecting with all of you.

 

5. Fall Planning

 

I’ve been doing a lot of planning for blog content this week, as well as some events I really want to go to this Fall. Do you ever get so busy that you forget to make time to do the things that you love? I’m ready to change that and schedule in downtime activities.

      It’s not wrong, but I bet you’ll love it!! It’s got a little bit of everything to offer, some comedy, characters you fall in love with (and hate sometimes, haha), drama and romance. Flowers really do have a way of making a space feel so beautiful and special. šŸ™‚
