I’m sharing with you today one of my yearly staples to stay on track!
It’s no secret that I love to plan and tick off my to-do’s. One of the most important things to me each year is my list of goals. To help me with my goal-specific planning, I always turn to Cultivate What Matters.
Their PowerSheets Goal Planner is such a helpful resource, which is why I buy one each year!
It is the perfect addition to my planner stack that includes my weekly and monthly planning. Which brings me to a quick, but super important, note! PowerSheets is not an all-in-one planner. It truly is a goal specific planner and that alone.
You do get a monthly calendar overview, but that’s the only thing that resembles a regular planner. So be sure to grab a standard 2024 planner if you haven’t already and it’s something you truly want!

PowerSheets Prep Work
Something that sets the PowerSheets Goal Planner apart from other planners is their unique approach to prep work. There are several pages dedicated to giving you a solid foundation to each of your goals that you choose for the year.
Each page digs deep to help you realize what encourages you, works for you, what you want most, and helps you focus on the steps necessary to get there.
These pages also help to point out what isn’t working for you, consistent distractions you have, and relationships/situations that stress you out and keep you from moving forward.
Goal Action Sheets
You get several of these goal action plan pages to brainstorm for each of your goals.
Monthly Pages
You get the same pages during each month with the exception of the quarterly refresh months (more on that later!).
You get a reflection page for the previous month, another page of what’s ahead in the following month, as well as a monthly calendar.
The tending list is your one-stop shop for all of your monthly goals! I am such a fan of this format. It’s a clean layout with plenty of space to write down monthly, weekly and daily goals or habits. It works so well for me! I just keep it out on my desk where I can see it and helps me to stay focused.
It’s also nice that the tending list is perforated, so you can tear it out of your PowerSheets planner and put it wherever works best for you!
Quarterly Refreshes
Your PowerSheets Goal Planner does not leave you hanging out to dry after the prep work! You’ll find a refresh every quarter.
This gives you time and space to review all of your goals, see what is and isn’t working, and tweak them as needed!
