You may remember my review of their GRO line, and I was so excited when they reached out to me about their newest line to give it a try! Their new line, GRO+ Advanced, targets hair shedding and loss specifically. I’ve always struggled with shedding, my husband always makes the joke that he isn’t sure who sheds more – me or the cat!

I received some great feedback from my previous Vegamour collab and since I do have the hair shedding issue, this seemed like a perfect fit!

What I Love About the Vegamour Brand

Right off the top, Vegamour is committed to creating products that help your hair become healthier by starting with the most important piece: clean ingredients!

The brand uses plant-based ingredients that are clinically tested to give you long-lasting results. I love that I don’t have to worry about applying harsh chemicals to my scalp when I’m washing my hair or using their serum. Their products are nourishing and make my hair feel so much softer, lighter and healthy.

The GRO+ Advanced System

Vegamour has a ton of beautiful collections to keep your locks healthy and happy. Their newest collection is their GRO+ Advanced System that contains several products, all dermatologist-tested, to help with severe hair shedding and hair loss.

Vegamour was so kind to send me over the GRO+ Advanced Balancing Shampoo and Conditioner Kit and Hair Serum. I already had their scalp massager from my last collaboration with them, so I used it as well with the hair serum. I’m very excited to share with you my results below and my honest thoughts!

My Review of Vegamour GRO+ Advanced Line

I really love the feel of the balancing shampoo and conditioner, they’re both super lightweight and hydrating. My hair feels clean and so soft after washing it! Then I would add in the hair serum after I got out of the shower and use the scalp massager to work in the products throughout my head.

I think this trifecta of products is a winner! You can see some photos of my results below.

I used this line for three months, but I thought it would be fun to include a little update with just a few weeks update. By day twenty-one, I could tell my hair was a little more voluminous and I had less hair falling onto my clothes or into my brush in the mornings.

And now…for the after photos!

My hair is fuller, softer, feels more lightweight and noticeably less shedding! I tend to have more dry hair, so I think that adds to frizz/shedding too, so I definitely still have some of it – but I do feel this formula has been really helpful. I love how Vegamour’s products make my hair feel and I always see a difference with the volume of my hair when using their products (same for back when I tried the original GRO line).

Vegamour’s products are a little on the pricey side, but I think they’re worth it for their results as well as knowing you’re not stripping your hair away with harsh chemicals like many other brands use. It feels good knowing that they only use clean ingredients, so that makes a huge difference to me.
