Isn’t this makeup bag beautiful?
DIH Concepts kindly reached out to me a couple of weeks ago about a collaboration for their makeup bag in exchange for an honest review.
I noticed right away how beautiful the bag was, and it looked so spacious. I immediately thought this would be a great makeup bag for travel. While we don’t go out of town a ton, we do have the occasional overnight trip or weekend getaway.
Plus with spring right around the corner, I thought many of you may be making some travel plans of your own and could use a good bag!

About The Brand
While you may or may not have heard of DIH Concepts, I bet you’ve seen the face behind-the-brand before! Sabeen is a fellow blogger and founder of the company, along with her husband. Located in Nothern Virginia, DIH Concepts has a passion for creating high quality pieces without breaking your bank.
In addition to the makeup bag I’m reviewing today, they also have a selection of jewelry, keychains, bag charms, crossbody straps, and wristlets!
Meet the DIH Concepts Makeup Bag!
I chose the beige option because I love warm, earthy tones, but it’s also available in pink, red, lavender and black. She is a beauty!
It is a clear bag that features a clamshell opening (love that they call it that!). It has two zippered sections, as well as plenty of space to lay items underneath those sections.
The bag comes with a gorgeous gold chain shoulder strap so you can easily use it as a crossbody bag while traveling! The handles even lay flat, so if you happen to be storing it in your luggage, you don’t have to worry about smashing anything!
My Honest Thoughts
I am so impressed with this makeup bag for travel! The quality is so good. The plastic is very durable and the faux leather is both thick and smooth. It’s truly beautiful to look at!
You can see that I put SO many items inside – I filled it to the brim! I was honestly shocked that it held everything comfortably. While this is a makeup bag, I truly don’t wear a lot of makeup. So, I wanted to add in items that I’d actually pack up if I were to go on an overnight trip or vacation. After stuffing it full of goodies, including a scalp massager from Vegamour (it’s really large!), I’m concluding it is the perfect makeup bag for travel!
I will absolutely be using this bag in the future when we go out of town, or even just for a day-date when I need to stockpile some items!
You would expect nothing less than me packing up planner essentials for anytime I’m travelling, right?!
