We have less than a month until Valentine’s Day!
I love all the pinks and reds, pretty flowers and the yummy chocolates don’t hurt either!
Kyle and I don’t really go all out on this holiday, and honestly, we don’t usually go out, haha! We used to always buy each other the same thing. I would buy him Godiva pretzels and he would buy me Godiva chocolates and flowers.
The past couple of years we stopped doing the Godiva purchases because we were trying to eat better, and we usually just grabbed a yummy meal to eat at home and curled up to watch a movie or show together. That’s just more fun for us!
With that being said, I love looking at all the pretty Valentine’s Day stuff! Whether it’s the decor, cozy blankets, heart coffee mugs, pink sweaters…it’s so much fun! Even if you’re like us and don’t really buy each other much for the holiday or go out, there’s nothing stopping you from buying yourself something cute, or even a friend, like for Galentine’s!

I’ve never watched The Lucky One! I have that popcorn maker AND that s’mores maker and love both! I agree, grabbing dinner and hanging out at home sounds better than a bunch of tempting sweets that will be around the house! Ha, ha! Although, I do love a piece or two of a chocolate on V-Day!

I love these gift ideas. Of course, you already know I’m a huge movie buff. This movie is definitely one worth watching if you’re wanting a sappy love story. I’d have a heck of a time choosing just one to watch (as I’m sure you did too.) But ironically my favorite love story is an OLD one, and some really don’t consider it a love story. It’s the Return of the Man from Snowy River. But it reminds me of how Del used to ALWAYS ask me what I wanted when I let others dictate how our relationship should be.
